I don;t think he's afraid but bigger and easier paydays can be found against PBF, Hatton, DLH and Paul Williams. I think Cotto has the hardest time against Maragarito, Cintron and Clottey. I might even take Margarito over Cotto based on styles.

So how does Margarito pulling out of a fight to face a mandatory make Cotto afraid? Margarito doesn't have a belt and wouldn't bring in the money that DLH, PBF or Hatton can, so why would he be on the top of Cotto's opponent list?

Yeah, Cotto is not afraid of Margarito, not by any means. He was willing and signed to do the fight once before, except Antonio decided to fight his mandatory and try and keep his belt. Cotto will be willing to do it again, and it will happen unless Hatton, Mayweather or Oscar De La Hoya decide to fight Cotto (whihc is doubtful in my mind, DLH has the best chance but he's probably scared).

When it comes to the fight it is a very tough match up, Cotto's skill and power against Tony's workrate, Power, Agression and chin make this a match up that could go either way. The only sure thing is that one of them has got to get hurt. Can't wait.

i dont think cotto fears margarito. they are both true warriors who will fight whoever arum puts in front of them. i would love to see the fight and margarito would win by the knockout.

How would the Cotto-Margarito fight play out in your mind. I understand some people over rate the fact that he has been dodged, but how ould Cotto ever out class him like that? Also hje lost a close decision to Williams in which he started VERY slowly and he wiped the floor with Cintron. Assuming Cotto can't fight Floyd, Hatton or Oscar, who would you like to see him fight?

hahaha, truth be told though, you know Cotto wouldn't duck any man. He's signed to fight Margarito once and if they put the contract in front of him again he would do it again. Unlike other fighters Cotto is not bull****ting when he says he'll fight anyone.
