well even if Roy is 30% of his old self he is still dangerous for many guys.

Roy prime was simply unbeatable and realistic is untouchable

I'm not a Jones fan, but I think he still can beat many fighter, Jones skills are still pretty good, however his chin is another story.

I don't think Calzaghe hits hard enough to stop Jones, if you put Jones against some of the bigger punchers like Pavlik, he will be knocked out.

Joe does not have a great chin my friend, he was knocked down and was on ***** street against the feather fisted Salem, he was also knocked down by Mitchell and hurt many times in his career by Eubank, Reid etc...

He should have fought Dariusz Michalczewski who was 46 - 0 right up until 2003.
Eh, no. The corruption over there made that a no-brainer given Roy's status compared to Dariusz at that time.

Now, the tables have turned. This is the nature of boxing, if not life itself. Now that Roy is of lesser status than even Joe C., he should be and is willing to travel to fight him.

The thing that perplexes me most is why Joe even wants to fight Roy. It's not of much value for Joe to beat Roy, and if Joe gets caught and somehow TKOd, then that would just be **** for Joe.

I mean, if you asked me today where is Joe from I would have automatically said England and if you asked me what part I might have even said Wales!! I think subconsciously we think of Wales as "part of England" rather than part of the UK.
            Exactly.

And honestly........it has nothing to do with being Ignorant, thick, or any other adjective the Brits used to describe "Yanks" in this situation.

I personally just don't give a damn about making the geographical distinction.

Because it's an obscure country, and rarely ever mentioned or discussed when referring to classical world geography. Nowhere near what England is.

There are probably people walking around who think Welsh is a brand of juice. I don't care, and nobody else should.

They're all Brits anyways. It's like someone getting pissed off for being called a New Yorker when they were born and raised in New Jersey.
