Ricky Hatton has'nt come so far in his career to throw it away now....I'd be a mug if I said Ricky was gonna win,but to dismiss him so easily makes the PBF fans look the mugs

We're not dismissing Hatton. Anything can happen. It's boxing afterall.

But to suggest anything other than it being a big upset if Hatton managed to win, is foolish. And if Hatton were to win, I would still pick Floyd to beat him 9 out of 10 times.

I'm far from convinced that he'll lose, i think he has much more of a chance than the media and other fans are giving him.

I think something also worth pointing out is that Hatton has nothing to lose in this fight IMO. He knows he's not expecting to win and he's getting his biggest pay day out of this fight which is a result. Most if not all the pressure is on Floyd in this fight, maybe that could work in Hattons favour?

Ricky is the underdog and that can't be denied... but the lad is world class and is coming up against argueably the best p4p boxer in the world....but the way it is suggested that it would be this massive upset for me is bollocks...were gonna be finding out soon, but I would never bet against the hitman no matter how good the opponent is

if Ricky loses his fight he should still be rated top 10 P4P, there is no shame in losing to the #1 guy in boxing, IMO I honestly believe no one can beat Ricky 140 or below.

I am a floyd fan but i have huge respect for Hatton, he is an excellent fighter and I see a HOF career for him. Hatton has nothing to lose in this fight and everything to gain.

                etc...

After Hatton? Its like deep down you guys know Floyd will kick his ass?

Floyd is in a lose-lose situation, if he wins he gets no credit at all as usual and if he loses he got exposed. lol good ol boxingscene...
To be a fan of somone doesnt mean u understand when they are a massive underdog. Most Hatton fans know he is fighting the best p4p boxer in the world, and it will be a big upset if Hatton wins.

Personally i thought Kessler would give Calzaghe much more trouble. And Mosley would be too good and strong for Cotto. When it comes to this top level match up, its difficult to predict what will happen.
Floyd - Hatton is about styles. I hink Hattons style might be able to unravel PBF's style. But Floyd may for the first time be pushed to show us a new level.

Win or lose, Cotto, PBF, Hatton, etc, should all eventually fight each other.

I think it all just depends on how good Floyd is on the day, Hatton will be on a mission and should do well but will find it really hard to win.

has everyone noticed that because he has taken this fight Hatton has gone up a few places in a lot of p4p rankings, i don't believe that is true, he should be in the top ten but in some places he is as high as 6

Hatton needs to jump on Floyd early and smash him to pieces in the first 3 rounds. If it goes longer he'll lose and get picked apart.
