This not a bad move at if it is true. Steward and Jermaine Taylor were like oil and water they **** just didn't mix. Should have never gone away from what got him there in the first place. Jermaine showed no loyalty with that move.

I agree he should've stayed with Pat Burns, Taylor actually listend to Pat Burns.

As for Burns being fired, you have to blame Ozell Nelson for Pat Burn being fired, if Ozell Nelson tells Taylor jump of the bridge, he will probably do it, he's like a father to him.

        Nelson to Train Taylor!

        Nelson to train Taylor!

        Tuesday, November 13 2007

Trainer Ozell Nelson will assume the head trainer duties for former middleweight champion Jermain Taylor, replacing Hall of Famer Emanuel Steward. Nelson was Taylor's amateur coach and was a key camp member throughout Taylor's career. "Manny is a great coach, a Hall of Famer," Nelson told the Arkansas ********-Gazette. "I very much respect Emanuel Steward. But I feel like things were going real good in training camp, but when we got to the fight, there was a communication problem. I don't know why there were the breakdowns [during the fights]. Sometimes fighters and trainers just don't click."

I don't know anything about Ozell Nelson so can someone tell me how does he rate as a trainer? Who does he currently train?
