Does Mayweather have the chin to take Hatton's punches?

I definitely agree about Mayweather chin being above average. I think that Corley hurt him the most out of everybody he's faced. I think the telling tale will be the bodywork, if Hatton is able to get off on the rhythm. As Joe Frazier once said "Kill the body, and the head will die.".

If I were Hatton I'd come out in the first few rounds going to Mayweather's body and hitting him hard in the shoulders as much as possible. If he was able to land some serious bombs to Floyd's shoulders, it would nullify some of that shoulder roll defense later on in the fight I think.

That's one thing Mayweather hadn't been tested on, on whether or not he can sustain a pressured body attack for 12 rounds, with out gassng. Head hunting will do Ricky no good, his punches are too loopy and lungy.. Mayweather's roll back style along with the peak-b-boo ****, can easily neutralize that.

Can Mayweather sustain direct physical contact to the body for 36 minutes? Not sure and can't even give a fair assessment on that since his defense in that area is so good. I've never seen him hit with a decent body punch (maybe someone else has).

I'm thinking Ricky's only chance is a constant assault. Head shots, body shots, shoulder shots, wrestling, everything he has needs to come out in the 36 minutes he has to beat Mayweather. I think Hatton will probably lose nearly, if not every round in the fight, but if he can sustain that pressure from the opening bell, he may not need the scorecards to tell him who won.

I'm so amped for this fight, I can't wait to watch this thing go down.
