Cotto landed the cleaner punches in both the 9th and 11th rounds imo. ESPN gave Cotto the 9th, so I'm not alone on this. I believe that was the round where Shane landed a good left hook, then a big right hand. Those were the only significant punches he landed I thought. Cotto boxed effectively the rest of the round.

I scored the 11th for Cotto for clean countering despite the backpeddling.

The 12... I don't know.. I think an even round would be best.

initially i had it like this but with the 11th to mosley.....then i changed to exactly this one......im really starting to think mosely deserved the nod after watching again because round 5 was also a close one....

Cotto landed the cleaner shots man. I guess ya basing the fight on the lil pittu pat jabs that were thrown and the punch output.

Cotto landed the cleaner effective punches. No way Mosley won this fight 116-112. That is ridiculous.

I'll have to see it again because I didn't make notes but Mosley got the 11th. Cleaner, harder, whatever. That's the running gimick. MORE punches can also be a factor. Generlship, ect.

Yea I agree, but that jab was like a right hand. YOu can see Mosley's head jerking back. I was watching the fight in my friends house. There were about 8 people. They were also saying "Damn what a jab to the face"

Mosleys best punch would have to be the over hand right. Cotto would throw left hooks, Jabs and right hands that would make Mosley step back. That's where IMO thought that Cotto took the fight.


EDIT: Out of all 8.... 2 were going for Cotto, the rest were pro Mosley fans. Me and my boy were going for Cotto.

The 11th is debateable but watch it with the sound off. It's more evident.

Close close round, but Cotto got the close rounds he deserved like the second.

You may not like the way it looks typed up but Mosley got the last 4 doing different things. Forget about the chatter about Cotto backing up.
