I didn't know Haye was that tall and now I realize where he get's that power. Going into the fight I was picking Mormeck, but when I saw pictures of them together and saw how tall Haye was I was thinking dang Haye might win this one. Haye's punch that KO'ed Mormeck kind of reminded of the punch that Bell finished Mormeck with in the first fight. It was a shot that caught the top of the head and straight put Mormeck down. Good win for Haye, but I doubt he stays in the CW division because all the money and fame is in the HW division.

i think people are getting carried away with hayes power . yes haye has power but its nothing special . The guys ko record contains a list of all guys under 200 pounds with the exception of that fat bum bonin. When he starts knocking out 250 pound heavyweights like rahman,mccline,golata etc then we will start talking about his power . But at the moment his power is questionable because it has never being tested against the heavyweight elite.

Haye can dig a bit, but like a lot of heavy hitters he has a weak chin, don't rate his chances up at heavy even though it is a crap div.

Not sure if you are serious... but Haye would have stopped Abdoul if he wanted to. He admitted after the fight that he limited himself to 3 left hands (or was it right hands?) per round. He wanted to win the fight and go the full 12 to shut people up about his stamina.

If Haye wanted to have stopped Abdoul, he would have done... very easily...
