I was at my buddies watching this fight and when they announced that everyone's ****ing jaw hit the floor. I was appauled by the performance and straight dumbfounded that Casamayor won that split decision. It's hard to believe that dude had so much hype about him being Ring magazine's recognized lightweight champ. I'd like to see him get in the ring with a fighter who would absolutely punish him for that poor display of boxing. I opt Juan Diaz or Michael Katsidis.....those dudes would end his career.

if this happened a year ago, i would probably read about it in 'the bible of boxing' as being the year's worst decision. they would probably even strip casamayor of the ring belt. i really don't like the amount of power that de la hoya/gbp is grasping.
