I think it was a case of the judges wanting to set up a big fight between 'Casa and Diaz. Simply no other reasoning behind it at all.

well, i hope it happens to see juan destroy casamayor. is the first fight i have seen of casamayor and i think he has a lot of skills, but lacks power and his age is showing.

At this point, both Diaz and Pacquiao will eat him alive. An easy KO win for either fighter, whoever wants him first. I say Juan takes the bait first.
