So if Cotto wins, we have Cotto/De La Hoya and if Shane wins we have Mosley/Mayweather. I HAVE to root for Mosley now.

Interesting how these comparison fights all have Mosley in the role of the helplessly underpowered slickster.

You would think they could come up with something better. Putting numbers ahead of the physical specimens is one dimensional in every sense.

Cotto gets to be the destroyer of course..

Amazing coincidences but I think the comparisons will end when Mosley knocks Cotto out.

              Verry interesting comparisons.

We should see if there are close comparisons everytime there is a big fight!

Its nice to quote those stats and all but we all know if Sweet Pea was in his prime he would have beat the **** out of Trinidad. He would hit Trinidad with so many shots and Trinidad would have been swinging at air all night.
I do feel Mosley has more gas in his tank than Sweet Pea. I also think that Trinidad was better than Cotto. With all that said I agree that Cotto wins though.

I personally feel the like the bigger Trinidad would always give Whitaker problems, prime or no prime.

But I think this is a very bad comparison because Mosley has stayed active, and has proven he still has the speed and pop. Wasnt Whitaker also coming off a two year lay off? It's not even close.
