DAVID Haye could be set to head straight into a dream shot at the world heavyweight title - if he wins his cruiserweight showdown with Jean-Marc Mormeck on Saturday.
South Londoner Haye is looking to win the WBC and WBA world cruiserweight titles from the French champion in Paris this weekend.
And Haye's promoter Frank Maloney is already plotting a shot at boxing's richest prize - if the classy Bermondsey fighter opts to move up to heavyweight.
"If David does decide to go up in weight I would like to see him achieve something unique - like having a world heavyweight title shot straight away," said Maloney.
"It would be beyond anything that any other British sportsman has done.
"You can never say something is impossible to achieve in boxing because you can go to bed dreaming of something and you wake up the next day and it happens.
"I would like David to defend the cruiser title once - but that's a decision he'll take with his training team."
