yeh i know i saw that fight, but bika did pretty dam well. im not sayin bika beats calzaghe in a rematch or beats kelsser. but i think he can hold his own with pretty much anyone else, i can even see him actually beating lacy.

yeh thanks, all i want is more fans in the sport cuz i can't freakin stand how espn shows a thousand ****ty basketball clips and **** and can't show a single clip from calzaghe and kelsser. thats sickining. i agree and disagree with the 2nd part of ur comment, this season was the best but last season ******. however, i heard rumors that next season is heavyweights, which could be good or bad. good cuz maybe they can find someone that has potential of being a good hw, but could be bad cuz they may get the ****test people of all time. lol, either way even if they are bums from the street as long as it brings at least some fans im all for it.

i don't know why so many people on this site and other boxing sites hate the contender so much, i can bet my life on it that tonight many boxing fans were made. How do i know, cuz im only 19 and the contender season one got me into boxing. Yes, i now know that mora sucks **** as well as 99 percent of the other contenders, and i know brewer will not become anything, i know gomez isn't a world beater, but i do know i can thank the show for bringin me into the sport. i may not be as old as you guys and i probably havn't been a boxing fan as long as nearly almost everyone on this site, but i guarantee you guys (whether u want to believe it or not) i know just as much as anyone of you guys, even the dinosaurs on this site. Because of the contender i got very interested in boxing, and bought about a thousand books and watched a thousand fights. Now there isn't a single boxer, current or legend, i don't know. i know every important fighter and every important fight pretty much ever held do to my studies and interest i took in the sport. I started goin to fights when ever i could and i myself attended superfights. i can predict who will win against who just as good as the next guy and im pretty much a boxing historian. I live and breathe boxing and its the only sport i follow now. i got many of my friends into too. And thats all thanks to the contender, despite how crappy the fighters may be or how much of a reality show with its sappy story-lines may be. So the reason i basically wrote a book explaining why i like the contender, im tryin to get u guys to stop hating on it and start supporting it cuz it really does bring fans into the sport, even makes diehard fans cuz im proof, and thats what the sport needs. STOP HATIN ON IT AND LOOK FORWARD TO SEASON 4!!!

What a Great night for boxing on the Contender Finale

What a great night for boxing. Both fighters went in there and gave it there all. Both fighters won tonight even though one lost. This is why boxing when done right is the best sport in the world. Jadion doesn't have anything to be ashamed of, he gave it his all and kept coming back. We will see him in bigger fights with a whole new fan base. As for Bika, wow, what can I say the heart of a champion. To get off the canvas and keep moving forward it's a lesson in life to live by. Bika could very well become a superstar after tonight. Great night for boxing, Great night for the sport.....................

The kid showed some heart but his inexperience was evident, he would not accept the fact that Bika was a grizzled vet with an iron will... He had been in there with better fighters, than Codrington. The kid had better smarten up and avoid punishment... Allan Green and Bika almost ruined the kid.....

Joe damaged his hand in the 3rd or 4th and pretty much embarrassed the guy 1 handed, even with all the headbutts he was taking to the face. Only time Calzaghe has ever been cut was when Bika kept headbutting him in the same place, hence why he was docked points.

I hopt Jaidon learned from this fight because he did A LOT wrong, he had to know early he wasn't as strong as Bika even though he had him hurt. Trying to slug it out with him was his downfall.

Dam, calzaghe is good but some people are to obsessed with him. some people like you treat calzaghe as a freakin God, or the next Sugar Ray Robinson. Yeh calzaghe beat bika, but in no way did he embarass the guy. in fact i recall the fight being much more competitive and it suprised most that Bika did so well.
