Floyd "I wont fight Cotto if he defeats Mosley"

He claims there is no money in a fight with Cotto, yet says he would'nt mind facing the winner of Cintron/Williams. WTF? How much money does he think is in a fight with either of those guys? PPV sales would be dismall due to the lack of notoriety with casual fans. Another story is, he wont fight Cotto, because he hates Arum. WTF?? How old is Floyd, 12? If Cotto gets past Mosley, and Floyd gets past Hatton, a fight with Cotto would be the most logical matchup for both fighters. It will push Cotto into the #1 WW contender spot. A showdown with Cotto could net Floyd 10-15mil. For someone who claims to be such a smart buisness man, would that be smart to turn down just because he doesnt like Arum?. Is Floyd really that damn sensitive? Personally, i dont even see Floyd getting past Williams. But since Floyd says that he is only interested in BIG FIGHTS from now on, what other opponents are out there for Floyd in order for it to be classified as a "big fight"? Oscar/Floyd II ?.........nah. Most fans were turned off by thier first glorified sparring session.

The money options for Floyd are:
            1. DLH rematch
            2. Mosley
            3. Cotto
            4.
            5.
            6.
            7.
            8.
            9.Margarito
            10. Everything Else

And Cotto jumps to 2 with a win over Mosley, obviously. It's just a ridiculous statement, let's just hope that Arum throws out another huge public offer to Floyd like he did for the Margarito proposal, and make Floyd use another excuse.

He can't say "Who's Miguel Cotto?" after a win over Mosley.

It's interesting that he no longer says "Who's Paul Williams?" but says that he's interested in fighting him.

It really makes no sense as far as in the ring. I think Cotto is a better fight for him than Williams. However, he has bad blood with Arum, and I don't see any mediators changing that. He will refuse to fight any Top Rank fighter.

Got this post off another thread:

mayweather was on the radio yesterday.he said he is going to knock out hatton by the 5 round. he said that he is going to be the one pressing the fight, right from the bell and hatton isn't going to be ready for it. also he said that shane will knock out cotto, and if some how cotto wins he won't fight him because there is no money in it, which is a lie.he will fight shane if shane wins, which would be an awesome fight, but if shane doesn't win he wants to fight the winner of paul williams and cintron because he said he's not going to retire now until he unfies the welterweight division, "4 more fights is all i need to be unfied champ, maybe even 3, and once i'll do that then i will retire, 8 or 9 belts in 5 weight classes, talk about crazy". lets hope he does like he said, but hatton will be an easy fight, and i have no problem with him fighting shane more than cotto because shane does have a better chance so lets get it on. man 08 is going to be a crazy year in the welterweight division.

That is bizarre to say the very least. ^^

He would rather fight Williams??? What!!?

Cotto would be the much better opponent for a million reasons.

                    I can't believe it..
