I dont think Cotto is PARTICUARLY Dirty, he' no angel thats for sure!
Mike Tyson my all time Favourite fighter was no stranger to throwin the elbow in there! Holyfield with the head. Bernard Hopkins is dirty as **** and is actually RESPECTED by many for how Sneaky and rough house he can be! Old timers go on and on about guys like Greb, dirty Bastards! So no i dont really give a **** if he fights rough because thats part of the fight game! Its the refs job to stop it not Whineing fans!
And lets not forget some of the "stylists" and "tactitions" are just as bad because HOLDING is still a foul and a guy like Paulie Mallinagi did way to much of it against Cotto!

Torres and Corley had him HURT, Judah stunned him momentarily. And he went low in each of these fight. I suggest you re-watch those fights.

I agree with every part of that, #1.

But low blows are different monster. If it's all the same to you then I understand, but you know Ken Buchanan is with me on this. The man feels as though he was robbed to this very day. Low blows ain't the typical foul. They can change the course of history, and have.

I met Ken a few months back man - Still ****in Moaning!!!! lol
It can stop the momentum of a fight big time no question so yeah in a way ur right but they are givin 5 mins to recover and rarely take the full time, the better man will win regardless IMO.
U placed ur bet yet, what odds did u get? U pick a round or just a win?

Excerpt taken from a recent interiew in response to Cottos comment in the sig

Then Bob Arum promptly cut in.

Now, I’m not saying that Miguel Cotto is a dirty fighter. I’m not even implying that Cotto is a dirty fighter because the fact of the matter is that Cotto is one of my favorites in this game. I’m just saying that his statement gives me pause. Was the emotional and oft-maligned Judah onto something? Is Cotto willing to do ANYTHING to win, even at the expense of sportsmanship? Perhaps the answer can be found buried within Cotto’s own words, perhaps not. I don’t know, but I certainly hope not, because the one thing that boxing doesn’t need is another black eye.[

Trinidad is on that radar as well but the TOPIC IS MIGUEL COTTO we are not the advocates just avid mediators that come across information. Even Bob Arum has reservations on the "Low Blow" response from Cotto.

                      Oh yeah, he's still moanin!

But I guess you're saying it's basically crap, yes?

35 years later and Ken still hates it.. There's something to that.

I have to drive out this week. I'm going straight ahead for the win.
