Originally posted by divad View PostHurricane asked if Mayweather can fight coming forward, the answer must be yes if he can knockdown class fighters like corrales, especially the knockdown when the he came straight out of the corner and knocked him down.
Are you telling me a fight in which mayweather knocked corrales down 5/6 times, does not indicate he is effective going forward, especially when at least two of those knockdowns were attacking?
What are you, thick or ******?
Show me the post where i said mayweather came forward the ENTIRE fight against corrales.

I named more than one fight mayweather came forward in too, but obviously, you lot deicded to pick on corrales, a fight in which ive already addmited he spent most of it going backwards, but also showed he is effective going forwards.
And as for ****-riding 'me2007' the guy who claimed 4 weight world champ Roy Jones isnt a legend in boxing, the guys who thinks joe calzaghe has fought better fighters than Bernard Hopkins, you dont wanna be siding with him, he got the testosterone equivalent of a 12 year old girl and a ballsack the size of a peanut.
Keep your opinion.
Your obviously still at school which is why the derogatory insults with anyone that disagrees with you.

now u are trying to word it correctly cause u know i proved u to be talikng out your arse, fact is u used it as an instance of Floyd coming foward & it is false
2 Floyd Hardly ever had the centre of the ring for a start that is usally a good indication that someone is forcing a fight and leading ,nearly all Mayweather knockdowns were form him leaping in with counter's whilst Corrales was the one coming foward
like i said the Shamba Mitchell fight is when Floyd came foward and showed he can but that was'nt the issue was it u tried to say he fought that way against Corrales cause he knocked him down 5/6 times which is bull****, spending most the fight on the back foot to me is not attacking boxing no matter how many knockdowns u have ,backing your oponent up is attacking offensive Boxing like he did against Mitchelll cause it expose you more and gives u less room to punch but gives u a better opurtunity to sit dwon on your punches and Knock your oponent out
do u think theres is any difference between the way he fought Mitchell to the way he fought Corrales ,well there u go dummy

What has sharmba mitchell got to do with this conversation? all i said was the corrales fight, castillo fight and Gatti fight showed that floyd can ne effective going forwards, so what if during the corrales he spent lots of it on the back foot, he wasnt on the back foot for at least 2 of those vicious knockdowns was he? which is my point and leads the fact that it showed he can be effective going forward, otherwise he would have knocked corrales down after he ran up to him at the bell and hooked him to the floor.
If the bell sounded for the round, and a fighter walked up to guy straight away, hit him with a shot and knocked him down, would you call that attacking?
