JMM's (or Nacho's if you think about it) ****** business decisions in the past shouldnt give Manny a pass this time out. JMM vs. Pac makes the most sense.

Nah... you're much too kind, pal.

I do some negotiating in real life so I guess I have a leg up when looking at moves fighters' camps make. Just the same, I'm only guessing and my guess is as good as anybody else's.

I am guessing too that Roach and Pacquiao want the JMM fight. But that doesn't mean they can't play cute. They are in a good position to do that, after all.

Because I like the fight to happen, I praying I'm right-- that they're just playing cute.

Thanks buddy! I'll wait for the link.

A diaz fight seems more dangerous than a Marquez fight, why go that route?

Nothing against Roach, but am I the only one who finds it funny when trainers talk bull**** about other fighters like they are the ones doing the fighting? You are a trainer Roach, no need to make personal attacks on other fighters.

Nice insight there pareng grayfist. I havent caught you in a while. I think Marquez will try to make the purse issue once again so there goes the Juan Diaz possibility. I actually wouldnt mind seeing Pacquiao against the Baby Bull its just too good to play out now.

Hi there ol' buddy! Yeah, took off a few months from BS. Got busy. Came back a couple of weeks back--sporadically.

That's what I thought, the Diaz fight as a bargaining chip in negotiations with the Marquez camp. Just so Nacho won't ask for the heavens.

If my opinion is asked, I'd rather that Pacquiao remains at 130 for three or four fights before moving up. Within that period, he'd be able to have a better assessment of his physical capabilities.

Juan started his career at Jr. Welter-Welter then went down to Lightweight. This fact quickly reminds me of Ortiz-Elorde. Ortiz even fought for the Welter crown before winning the Lightweight throne. Elorde started at Bantamweight, met world class opposition at Featherweight (including Saddler), then ruled the Jr. Lightweights for so long and so well, before facing the bigger Ortiz.

It is not that I think Pacquiao has no chance against Diaz. I just think he should take his time. He can afford it.

Thanks, pareng Papa Ace! Good to see ya again!

When are you going back to the Philippines buddy? Well I think we need to see Pacquiao get it on with the bigger guys, I personally am not anmore into the legacy thing. I think Manny has had enough and since he wants more money fights I think there is where the money is.

I am here pal. I'm in Cainta in Rizal--in a coffee shop with a wireless, waiting for the wife to be done with her shopping. 75 pesos for an "Americano" and free internet. Great deal! Got a Danish to go with the coffee-- both good ones too!

Lugged my laptop to here. Won't do without it. That's something for a fella who knows next to nothing about technology.

Yeah, pal, I agree with you that Pacquiao should take care of #1. He has to make as much as he can while he can.

But if he can make good money while strengthening his legacy, why not, eh? He'll be strengthening his bid to become only the third Filipino in Canastota, and one of a handful of Asians there.
