yeah i would rather see marquez vs paquio
and the winner vs valero. juan diaz has enough
comp and fighters in his division. he has casamyor and
    david diaz.

          Hi there kadyo, ol' pal!

I can't resist the thought that the Diaz possibility is being used by Roach as a bargaining chip in negotiations with the Marquez camp. It seems to me that Roach is telling Ignacio that Pacquiao can easily take his bizniz somewhere else if "Nacho" and JMM do not come accross.

I don't think it's a bluff, mind you, buddy. A bluff is an outright, straight-faced lie. The Diaz fight is something that can happen. It's a bargaining chip in my eyes.

Nice insight there ol' buddy. But what a very dangerous bargaining chip. Of course pac will still command high respect despite a lose against juan but it may cause a permanent damage-God forbid. I still want pac-jmm to happen more than pac-juan diaz.

High stakes poker, old friend. Millions of $$$$ involved.

There's always the risk. The trick is to calculate the risk.

My personal preference too is for a fight with JMM. It's important to Pacquaio's legacy. The fact is, I'd rather that he stays at 130 for a few more fights before looking at 135.

But, the fight against Juan is something that CAN be made and in the pre-fight negotiations with the Marquez camp, it is important to remind "Nacho" who calls the shots by the mere mention of a Juan Diaz meeting. Marquez is the champ-- no question that he holds the belt. But, it's Pacquiao who holds the options and that's what I think Freddie is trying to remind everyone about. Money talks and Freddie is trying to make it talk louder.

I think Roach is doing his job, buddy. And, doing it well.

that ain't cool, Marquez deserves the fight, he bounced back from 3 knockdowns to score a draw against Manny, put in question his whole style and raised a doubt that someone with skill can out point him, Manny would make a bigger statement in terms of his legacy by finishing his business with Marquez then going up to face Diaz, if I was Pacquiao though I wouldn't go up to 135 I would stay at Super Featherweight and conquer the guys there.. if he can. 100
