Hatton was slow in that fight, he had too much muscle and got tired, which he usually doesn't. He didn't have a plan B, he wanted to bulldoze Collazo, and Collazo was a bit too strong and managed to hit Hatton coming in too frequently. Plus Collazo is a southpaw and Hatton has always struggled with southpaws.

But you're only asking the question to say "SO HOW IS HE GOING TO BEAT FLOYD LOL?" so it's a bit trollarrific.
I respect ricky for making exciting ights and he has a shot in this fight but i was asking to see what u guys think troubled him vs Collazo...Because mayweather is a lot better and how doese ricky win it?

    that's all

I'm wondering if he goese with the same glame plan against floyd it won't be a good night for the hitman.

Why was he doing so bad vs Collazo?
Amazing how much credit Mosley gets for beating the SAME Collazo.

because he beat the **** out of him like he was supposed to, mosley doesnt get ALOT of credit, but mosley beat the hell out of him the entire fight. hattons fight with collazo was close with some people thinking he won, nobody thought that the night he faced mosley.

Then why isn't Mayweather fighting Mosely instead?

mosley had his shot at fighting mayweather and openly refused. it should have been mosley vs mayweather in november and not baldomir, but both mosley and hatton declined, and thats not some **** im making up neither. Hatton said they were going to defend against oktay urkal but vacated and moved back down to 140, mosley flatout said he had a loose tooth and also said some **** about wanting to spend time with his family.

both occasions led to the baldomir fight.

Took him lightly, under-prepared, bad tactics, over-confidence. they sound like excuses but they still couldn't prevent a sub-par Hatton from winning. Sign of a good champion - win despite not being at your best.

He did badly because Ricky and Louie are about at the same level of skill at 147.

"Taking someone lightly" is an excuse for getting KO'd early. If you went all 12 rounds as they did, and you can't make the adjustment to the style, it is because you are in or around the same skill level as your opponent.

That makes a lot sense never thought about it like that before.
