Sorry, but RJJ was a steriod user and any wins over Joe would have been shrouded in "what ifs". Joe even mentions it in his autobiography.

Jones took steroids so really he shouldn`t have a boxing record at all.

Toney also took steroids so he shouldn`t either.

Jones' entire record is meaningless. Get over it chump.

This has turned into a bashing of a legend and all time great in RJJ. Some of you guys make me sick, let's see you get in the ring and accomplish what he has you damn internet warriors.

My gut tells me that RJJ would have won this. Though how many steroids would RJJ have taken for this hypothetical match up?

Im not sure how many sothpaws Jones has faced, but against Deric Harmon, Jones seemed to have serious trouble with rightys.

I believe Jones could and probably would KO Calzaghe. But i think Calzaghe would truly stretch Jones. At Supermiddle we never saw Jones really tested. I dont think any of his opponents comes close to what Calzaghe would bring.

I also think Calzaghe was a harder puncher when he was younger. Just watch his first round knock down of the granite chinned Eubank. He was also faster when he was younger.

Its a much closer match up then people think IMO

Jones didn't duck ****. HBO thought Roy wasn't going out of his way to make big fights so Roy let HBO get a fight for him, against ANYONE. The contract would have gotten said fighter millions of dollars and none excepted because NOONE wanted it with a prime RJJ. I don't care if you don't think he isn't p4p the best ever. He IS an all time great and he IS a legend. You not thinking he is the best ever gives you the right to discredit his entire career when he has done things in the sport many fighters will never have the chance to do, ever.
