8-4 Calzaghe IMO. Kessler should of threw the uppercut a lot more. Like Hoya should of used his jab more in the Mayweather fight. not saying Kess would of won the fight but i think he could of made it a hell of lot closer if he landed some nice ones and rocked Joe a few more times. not a Zag fan but i give him props for standing in there willing to trade a lot more than he did in the Lacy fight.Comment

I had Calzaghe winning every single round from the 5th to the 11th. He lost the 12th and three of the first four.Comment

Lederman had it 117:111, not 118:110I had the fight 115-113.
The official judges had it 117-111, 116-112 and 116-112.
Lederman had it 118-110.
I can agree with every score listed. I thought there were three very close rounds, which were rounds 1, 7 and 8.
I gave round 1 to Calzaghe, and he gave it to Kessler.
I gave rounds 7 and 8 to Kessler, and he gave them to Calzaghe.
Those rounds were all very close... no problems with those going different ways.
The round that Lederman absolutely blew was Round 2. Calzaghe landed like 5 more punches in the round, but my god they were insignificant. Kessler was nailing Calzaghe with hard right hands, over and over. Lederman gave it Calzaghe. That guy has seriously lost his ****ing mind sometimes I think.
I had it the same way... perhaps 116:112 at the most as the first 3 were close rounds.
Even though the score cards don't always tell the story, if the fight s scored 118:110 one may assume that one guy was just blown out of the water (lets say Mayweather / Baldomir), but it may not always be true. One fighter could just do that little more in every round to seal the deal.
All the credit to Kessler, he is a great fighter and I don't see anyone staying in his path (Hopkins, Tarver, Pavlik, Taylor, Miranda) but there is no way, this fight was 115:113.Comment
