British fighters...have they got anyone's respect yet?

I must admit that it worked in my favour tonight that they Showed Joe's masterful display to coincide with the timezone for the american fans.
I got to go to a great Party and still be home to watch a top display of boxing.
    Thanks america.
I still hate you for the fact that Mayweather V Hatton will be on at ridiculous o'clock though(4-5am) Uk time.
    P.S......
Is there any doubters left with regards to Joe Calzaghe's Talent?
Please post here if you still have doubts.
Or if you did doubt..that you have seen the light and realised Joseph is the REAL DEAL!!!

Calzaghe is the most talented fighter to ever come from the UK.

He would've beaten them all, except for prime Jones.

British fighters...have they got anyone's respect yet?

No offence but I hear some serious nonsense on here and many other Boxing websites with regards to the quality of the Brit fighters.
Even though I am a Brit I am in no way biased.......
BUT don't you think that our Boy's are giving Fans extremely good value for money lately?
Joe Calzaghe gave a good lesson tonight why anyone should doubt his credentials.
        At 35 years old too!!!!
This guy has been fightin for how many years yet has no signs of damage on him!!!
Can we finally (as brits) get a pat on the back?
And maybe...just maybe... believe Ricardo Hatton the Mancunian Mexicano could upset the pretty boy?

Also for those of you who may not know or forgot...
The Heavy handed David Haye is scheduled to rip the Cruiserweight title from Mormeck next week.

Are the Brits gaining your respect?

Acknowledging that Calzaghe is a great fighter and your hopes that Hatton beats Floyd have absolutely nothing to do with eachother.

Let's not turn this into a National thing.

Calzaghe being a great fighter has nothing to do with what country he's from.

Just like Floyd being good has nothing to do with what he's from.

These guys are just perfect examples of raw talent meeting hardwork.

FIGHTERS have my respect. It doesn't matter where they are from, or what color their skin, those are trivialities. All that matters is how they throw the leather.
