What excuses will Hatton groupies use post December 8th?

I mean, I'd hate to think there was generalisation going on...

As much as I hate to say it, almost every Hatton supporter has constantly had Joe Cortez's name on their lips.

Not only have I seen the Hattonettes making excuses on here and on all of the YT videos, I heard Hatton, Graham and kayes making the excuses as well.

Most Hatton fans admitted Floyd was the better man and Hatton himself admitted the referee did'nt KO him, Floyd did.

Only a MINOR percentage are blaming the ref, those hatton fans aren't even serious IMO, just wind ups. Like Weebler, etc.

And I can't offer figures. That would involve me counting - which I don't have the energy for.

But - anecdotally - a ton of Hattonites are using either "Cortez", or the "he moved up to fight Floyd" excuses.

I'm not sure what your point is. You wouldn't accept any other statement than "Hatton is garbage". Even "Floyd Mayweather was better" isn't good enough for you because you won't accept that Hatton lost the fight for any other reason than your opinion that Hatton is not a good fighter.

Hatton is a good fighter. He was impeded by one sided refereeing, that was pretty plain, but he was further impeded by the fact that Floyd is the best in the world. He gave it a shot and came up short, and that's the truth.

Graham hadn't even left the ring before he was saying "I always said that Ricky is a junior welterweight". As if he was fighting Clottey or Margarito or any of the other monsters of the division.

Yes. Hatton said that Floyd KO'd him. But he also sliped in there that "I lost my cool after the sixth round". Or "after I had the point deducted, I felt that I had to step on the gas". We all can understand the subtext.
