I really hope the winner or Cotto/Mosley gets his chance against Floyd down the road. If it weren't for DLH's rich ass, this would all be inevitable, but everything wages on what he wants to do even though he just lost. Money is a powerful thing.
And on the topic, I give Cotto a much better chance against Williams than Cintron. Matter of fact I don't even see Williams as much of a problem even though his reach seems to be double Cotto's and he's 7-8 inches taller.Comment

IT AMAZES ME HOW MANY PEOPLE ACTUALLY THINK THAT COTTO WOULDN'T WRECK WILLIAM'S ASS.SERIOUSLY.I really hope the winner or Cotto/Mosley gets his chance against Floyd down the road. Cotto has shown he can be hit in a fight... a lot. Williams size and using a hit and hug strategy while staying out the outside gives him a good chance to outpoint Cotto. Granted, I think Cotto would eventually catch him and finish him; but Williams would win a lot of rounds before falling.Comment

lol you are getting VERY emotional about this. Floyd isn't ducking Cotto whatsoever. It was like GBP and TR not doing business with one another for a while, you don't see eye to eye than you won't do business, PERIOD. Boxing is a business and although I disagree with many points of said business it is what it is.Comment

Cotto vs Cintron/ Williams is an awesome matchup. **** floyd. the guy is irrelevant at welterweight because he wont fight the best at that weight. he will fight the best at lighter weights at that weight, but not any of the other champions that pose a threat (baldomir was a champion, but did not pose ANY threat). judah posed the biggest threat so far, and he came in as damaged goods who everyone knew fell apart under pressure, and even he was able to rock floyd in the early rounds. cotto/ cintron/ williams/ margarito/ clottey/ berto should all duck floyd and just leave him out of the picture since that is what he is doing to himself now.Comment

THE DUDE DOESN'T EVEN MENTION HIS NAME.I DON'T WANNA HEAR NO.I WANNA HEAR WHO KNOWS THIS IS A BUSINESS.THATS WHAT I WANNA HEAR.JUST A NO?THERE MUST BE SOMETHING TO IT.lol you are getting VERY emotional about this. Cotto has all that lanky body to work with, and he has no problems with fighting Southpaws. The height and reach difference is extreme on paper, and it will probably look crazy in the ring, but once Cotto gets inside he'd have a field day.
The only punch Cotto would have to worry about is Williams' uppercut, which has some good pop. Every other punch he throws is usually just a shoe shine, and it's not enough to keep Cotto back for 12 rounds. He'll take four to land one, and every punch he lands to Williams' frail body will leave it's mark.Comment

He mentioned Cotto in an interview posted on NBS. He said he isn't impressed with Cotto and that he would be knocked out by Mosley. If he does get past Mosley he will be worth plenty of money. Hopefully that can coherce lil Floyd into dealing with that low life Arum.Comment
