Just my opinion, but I think he does go down as an ATG. He's got wins over great fighters of this generations, including Corrales at a time when he was high on the P4P list, Oscar, Carlos Baldomir, who was at the time considered a feared Welterweight (obviously not on the scale of a Margarito but still considered iron-jawed and rugged), destructing Gatti, etc.

I'm not trying to be a "nut-hugger" here but I think Floyd's done a lot with great ease, PLUS the 6 belts in 5 weight classes.
