Lol Az you went WAYYYY back to try to discredit Floyd. Floyd is in a totally different era, if he was in the SAME era as those you just mentioned maybe this thread would have some clout. However.....

It's a valid question. We have one vote for Zab. But, Tszyu knocked out Zab in 2 when Zab was the undefeated champ. Floyd won a UD against a diminished Zab.

Jose Luis Castillo would be the closest thing to an answer (since Oscar was over the hill when he fought Floyd...not even top ten p4p). And, as we know, Castillo won the first fight against Floyd rather handily. Floyd did ride his bike to a UD in the second fight. That was a legitimate decision. So there is your answer.

This is simply for my clarification. So Corrales, Castillo, and Zab Judah are as skillful and talented as Thomas Hearns, Roberto Duran, Wilfred Benitez, Kid Gavilan, and Ike Williams?

Depends on what you're trying to "prove" here...

is this about "physical" gifts and talent? or simply another hate post to prove that Floyd has a lack of future HOFers on his record?

Goyo Vargas, though a fighter coming up to fight Mayweather is an under-rated challenger to Mayweather. Imo, he gave Mayweather one hell of a test. And the guy is a skillfull fighter in the art of combat.

of course they are. how many titles in different weightclasses did benitez win, what about duran what division did he unify after 135

zab was the undisputed champ at 147 what about duran and benitez did they ever achieve this distinction. what about ike williams how many titles in different weight classes did he win, I hope it's at least 5 becasue oscar is a legit 4 class champ (I don't normally count the wbo but will notdebate the merit of such)

You're asking him to line up against people that he can't fight. When Floyd is retired and all is said and done, then we can compare resumes. He is still active and there are still fights to be made. Further, it's not Floyd's fault that competition might not look as impressive now as comapred to the past. Who would you have him have fought in his career that looked as good as any of the names on the list?

Even with all that, the names aren't all that bad on PBF's anyway.
