I THINK I understood what you were trying to imply and I wasn't bringing race into the Olympics I was just using an example that if a fighter wins the gold it was THAT 1 PERSON who won the gold so when Vargas wins the gold medal I don't look to it as USA won the gold medal I say Vargas won BUT The Olympics is basically to find the best in the world so I could see how someone would say USA won, he used the Olympics as basically a comparison to Professional Boxing and it isn't the same.. fighters want to make their countries proud like my favorite fighter Tito Trinidad does BUT he ain't always flagged up, when he wins they don't announce Puerto Rico they announce Felix Trinidad..
