yes but it is ignorant, if Australia was going up against the US I guarantee you it wont be with two men lacing gloves up to support their families.. it would be an Australian VS an American NOT Australia VS America.. that **** is ignorant and isn't "in any way, shape or form" needed when talking about 1 man VS 1 man..Comment

Katsidis is awesome. But he gets hit way too much and was dropped by Graham Earl, so I'm not sure that Pac would be a good match for him.Comment

depends on the sport, if it's Boxing then I support the fighter by name not by USA or PR, when they say USA took the gold I feel like smacking them whoever "them" may be wether a newspaper or a sportscaster.. The Olympics however is a bad example because unlike Professional Boxing that is based on fighter's representing countries but in your average fight unless the fighter is all flagged up there is no reference to race, they'll maybe point it out a few times but it isn't based solely on the country whereas if the guy wins they'll label it a win for the country.. these ain't The Olympics so keep that thumb sucker **** out of here, it ain't a good look in terms of intellect..Comment

Sorry by posting that you support someone in the olympics, your argument just fell through. Yep and i stand by my word. Enjoy being British while it lasts. Because when Calzaghe and Hatton fall, you guys are going to have to find some average fighter and blow him up so he can be compared with Ali.

If there's a degree of patriotism in the fighter then he will feel he is representing his country. If he feels he is representing his country then his patriotic countrymen will support his endeavours with patriotism. Because boxing in the United States is more insular (traditionally the champion of the United States was crowned "World Champion" by default) perhaps that isn't as much of a consideration, but for Australia, Britain and maybe Canada it's a bit different and we take our fighters more seriously.depends on the sport, if it's Boxing then I support the fighter by name not by USA or PR, when they say USA took the gold I feel like smacking them whoever "them" may be wether a newspaper or a sportscaster..
