    He also said that he leg pressed 19 plates on the leg pres machine. Ok, first of all the plates were 25 pounds each and he was dropping them down only about 10 inches low. That's not a big deal at all.
    We don't know how many reps or sets he's doing. If he's trying to bulk up (which he probably isn't) you're right 500 is not much. For all we know he's doing 5 sets of 30 and doing this at the end of a long work-out. Going 10 inches builds up his lower quads and works on the tendons by his knees. Does that help him? I don't know, I'm not a trainer.
