As far as thier fight goes I would say neither put on a great performance. Oscar moved more than he fought and Trinidad followed more than he fought. I never knew why Oscar decided to try and put on a "boxing clinic" instead of trying to fight the way he always did before the Trinidad fight. Tito's legs and chin were weak at 147 and had Delahoya come to fight he could of beaten Tito convincingly. Tito though made his two biggest opponents change thier game plans. Delahoya and Hopkins both chose to box and move against Tito more than they have done in thier entire careers. No matter how many times people ***** and complain about the decision it will always be written in the books as "Trinidad W12 Delahoya" and that is what people look at most. I thought Oscar won a close fight but there was no boxing clinic that night. Nobody robbed him, Delahoya gave that fight away. Even HBO's Harold Lederman had it 114-114 and it's been well documented that HBO is Oscar's Network.

Oscar fought lot of good fighters what u talkin about

he destroyed gatti, julio caesar chavez, pernell whitaker, ike quartey, and we all know he destroyed tito and they robbed oscar against mosley

Oscar ran because he was tired from giving a 9 round boxing lesson to Tito. Oscar made Trinidad look ordinary. I have watched that fight many times and every time the score is the same: Oscar-8 rounds, Tito-3 1 draw(1st round)

Those were not the biggest fights of his career. Tito, Mosley 2, Vargas and Hopkins were the biggest fights of his career and he is 1-3 in those fights. He did fight alot of good fighters but I was talking about his big fights. Well Chavez was a pretty big fight but he wasn't much of a risk by the time Oscar fought him. How did Oscar destroy Tito? Oscar won the fight in my eyes but no one was destroyed in that fight. Like I said neither put on a great performance and I still say it's Oscar's fault for giving that fight away. I also thought Oscar beat Mosley the 2nd time but he didn't do it convincingly to say it was a robbery.

1-3 officially, but to fans who know boxing, not just fans of his, he is 3-1. he easily beat Trinidad, outboxed and beat Mosely, obviously ko'd Vargas, and lost to Bernard.

Yeah going by my score cards Oscar would be 3-1 in those fights but what I'm saying is history won't look at from the fans point of view. History will look at it by the record books. Even the Ring Magazine put Trinidad ahead of Oscar all time in thier 80 greatest fighters issue. I think they are just about even as far as history goes.

Listen im a huge Margarito fan, but lets be real here.

Margarito and Mayorga didn't even come onto the scen until 2003 by that time DLH had already left the Weltwereight division. Mayorga when he KO'ed Forrest, Margarito when he knocked out Andrew Lewis.

Margarito was just beaten by Santos and Mayorga was outboxed by Corey Spinks two fighters who are nowhere near as talented as DLH.

As for Winky Wright. He had lost every single time he had ever stepped up. Until the Mosley fight he had a reputation for coming up short in his big fights. Losses to Vasquez, Simon and Vargas. Plain and simple he hadn't done anything to earn a shot at that time.

I know you dont like him, but there are just some fighters who resumes you cannt attack and he's one of them. Dont forget about all his work early at 134 and 140 either.

Pernell Whitiker(Top ten p4p at the time)
Ike Quartey(Top ten p4p at the time)
Felix Trinidad(Top ten p4p at the time)
Shane Mosley 2x(Top ten p4p at the time)

                      Felix Sturm
Bernard Hopkins(Top ten p4p at the time)

I mean how on earth can anyone knock that resume and say he has avoided anyone?

By the way dont forget a DLH/Tszyu fight at 140 was a done deal and Tszyu lost to Vince Phillips putting an end to that fight.

Also a DLH/Terry Norris fight at 154 was going to happen when Arum took Norris from King. Norris got knocked out by Kieth Mullins putting and end to that fight.
