I don't see Floyd Sr. and Jermain meshing well, personality-wise. Jermain seems kind of sensitive to me. Floyd Sr. riding his ass and telling him he's gonna get knocked out probably wouldn't sit too well with Jermain. I think Emmanuel is a good trainer, but he needs to do a better job of keeping him focused and hungry. I guess that's what Big Bear was for, but we saw how much that did. I think Jermain might be the type of person who needs to feel very close to people before he will let them in. I think he needs a trainer who will devot all of his time to him and only him. A trainer he knows he can always trust. Emmanuel, being the trainer that he is, can't give Jermain 100% of himself. He has to split himself many different ways. I think Jermain would be better off going with someone who is going to be there in the gym with him every single day, even if that person had less experience and knowledge. That's just my opinion on Jermain Taylor.
