We fought as amateurs and I beat him in a fight that drew a lot of attention because of a HUGE RIOT (it's on youtube) in the ring that ensued after between my people and his. A fight between us as pros would have been HUGE in New England

Before the fight he talked all this stuff about what he was going to do to me....then all thru the 1st round he rushed in and held, constantly tied me up...I finally got loose at the end of the round as you saw. I was yelling to him, "You hold good, man! You hold REAL good!!" Then as the crowd cheered me...I told him good bye

Ha. good for you scully. I never knew you as i fighter but i mentioned your name to my dad and he remembered you as a good fighter in a very good division, nice to have an ex pro as a poster and a competent one at that.

Thank you, my man. I like being on here just like the next guy... I know boxing extremely well as far as what happens in the ring etc but I have to say there are so many of you guys on here who are really up on the current game much more than I am. I see boxing every single day, you know, just in the last three days -for example- I have can tell you I have probably watched close to fifty or sixty rounds of sparring with good fighters (Matt Godfrey, Mike Oliver, Pito Cardona inclded among them) so I dont watch all the fights on TV like I used to...you guys impress me with your knowledge then of guys I have never even watched before, like Israel Vazquez, Pacquio, etc etc)
