Will Ricky Hatton face his fans after losing?

As many of you have noticed, HBO has put the post-fight interview's with Larry Merchant on speakers so the crowd can hear what the fighters are saying after the fight unlike before where only TV land would get to hear the interviews.

So the question is, will Ricky Hatton face all of his fans from Manchaster and stick around for the interview or will he like Taylor tuck his tail between his legs and leave the arena and answer questions backstage?

He has been almost guaranteeing victory lately.....it seems like it would make it hard to face the crowd after a beatdown after all that....specially when you got the towel that your corner threw in on your head covering up your bruises.

naw Hatton is a cool dude, he'll stick around and talk. All fighters say there gonna win & talk a lil trash thou. I mean look at Tyson, he said he wanted to eat lennox's kids, then he was telling the world lennox is like a brother to him after he lost. If anything, you have to respect tyson for not flipping ater the fight like winky or taylor.

I dont think english fans are the type to jump ship so easily. If that was the case every man and his son would support either chelsea arsenal or manchester united and interchange between them depending on who came out on top every season.

Long story short theyll still be singing his name loud and proud and if one english person did manage to find it in himself to heckle Hatton if he lost..........Well lets just say i hope hes not too close to the english fans.........we all know theyre slightly over loyal and rowdy when it comes to supporting people.

Bad comparison my friend. Tyson is a lil *****. He would have ran his mouth even more had he landed a lucky punch and won that fight. Fact is he got his ass handed to him and started taking everything back he said blaming it on trying to promote/hype the fight.

Mayorga did the same thing....twice. All them insults at Trinidad and Delahoya and once he got knocked out he runs to their corner and hugs them. Now he is back insulting Vargas.

I don't respect fighters like that. If you're gonna be a tough guy and insult people don't come crying and huggin them after you get undressed.

Wrong. And why would anybody be a coward for going offline. I didn't even know I went offline. I made my post and I visited another site afterwards which is why it probably said I went offline. It's not like I'm on boxingscene reading the whole time while on computer.

Assuming that Mayweather stops Hatton, I think Hatton would stick around and interview after and not run off like Taylor and Winky did. I'm not so sure that Floyd can KO Hatton though. I could understand Taylor, He got KTFO and was dazed and out of it. Plus he did do a post fight interview in the dressing room after. Winky was a ***** and ran off and then even said he didn't want a rematch. I don't think I can ever forgive wright for that, it was a close fight and he acted like he blew Taylor out of the water. That's what happens sometimes when you let a fight go to the cards. I respect Wrights skills but that was a ****in ***** a$$ thing to do.

win lose draw or witnes hatton get totally humiliated nobody will be cheering for mayweather at the end. us brits dont jump off the bandwagon and on to the next persons if theres roadworks on route to the promise land we will all be screaming for hatton no matter what and this will hurt mayweathers pride especially if he totally pummels hatton because hel realise that no matter what he does in the ring nobody wud give a flying hoot
