    Zab Judah staying active

He has a fight next month, and even if it's not obviously a top contender you gotta appreciate dude's work ethic to stay busy and keep fighting to garner attention so he can get another big fight.

To be honest, after this Cotto fight, it really does seem like he is more serious about his career than he has ever been. I think he is starting to realize that his talent alone won't make up for his lack of ring focus. This 4th fight of 2007 is definately a great sign for him and his career IMO.

I'm a huge Zab fan and I seriously hope that dude regains his focua ala Judah-Spinks II and pulls off a monumental upset of somebody like Cintron or Margarito and put himself back in WW contention.

In 2008 I'd like to see Judah vs. Margarito, then the winner gets the winner of (potentially) Cintron-Williams.

I think Judah is very overrated. People dont dont want to accept what he really is, a decent fighter. He made a run at the top level but was put back where he belongs.(ESPN FNF)

Margarito - The worst fight possible for Zab Judah. Margarito has decent power, and the all time record for punches thrown in a fight (1,675 vs. Clottey)... not good for a fighter who has a tendency to shell up when he starts getting hit by hard punches.

He has POTENTIAL to be a GREAT fighter. He just needs more focus and a better trainer. Although I must admit that I admire his loyalty to his dad, but I mean, he should at least have somebody else take the reigns and have his dad in his corner.

I just wonder why he gets so many chances? How many times has he lost now to "come back with full focus, THE BEST ZAB is yet to come!!"

So when Zabs beats bums he is a great talent. When he steps up to real championship fighters like:

                    Carlos Baldomir(okay at best)
                    Kostya Tszyu
                    Floyd Mayweather
Miguel Cotto and gets KOed he is still a great talent?
