This referee -Raul Caiz is a pretty good ref. Comes across as fair.

i think its good that Calzaghe hasn`t fought in the states. he can fill arena's in the Uk, why would he want to go to the us to fight old men like hopkins or paper champions like taylor. The only other fighters on that list were drug abusers and kelly pavlik who hasn`t been around very long.

He is a very good fighter. But the fact that he doesn't have a passport pisses me off. Does dude have a fear of flying?

During his era, the top fighters in/around his weight class have been Jones, Hopkins, Winky, Taylor, Pavlik, Tarver, Johnson, Toney, etc. How many of those guys will he have fought by the time he retires?

This Kessler fight is a great matchup between two top guys... but, viscerally, I'm not in it.
7 out of the 8 fighters are BLACK..

why is it that it has to be a BLACK fighter he has to fight to be considered GREAT??

Mario Veit, Richie Woodhall , Omar Sheika , Robin Reid, Peter Manfredo Jr

they are JUST as good as the names you mentioned..

Why aint jones got a passport either?

          GOOD!!!

Your SUPPOSED to let fighters keep going in HIGH stakes fights like that one.

ANd this fight between Kessler and Calzaghe is a VERY HIGH STAKES fight. If Calzaghe gets hurt, he's been earning the chance to fight on for the last 10 years. IF Kessler gets hurt, he's been fighting for this chance at the title his whole life, he deserves to fight on until is ABSOLUTELY OVER.

I still Say STEVER SMOGER should referee every fight in the world
          i agree totally..............

Who has a fear of flying? Calzaghe? Because I think alot of ppl do, cause I do but I still fly anyways. I just don't like being in the air, and not being able to control things to my liking.
