OF COURSE you have to include Kostya Tszyu. You just want to leave that out of Hatton's resume for comparison purposes? Oh brother...

No, I left out Kostya, because I left out Castillo. Include them both, and it's basically a moot point, so whats the difference? You think if you add that to the resume, in the long run, that it changes my true point? No. Most boxers would prefer to have Mayweathers record and resume over Hatton, in my personal opinion.

And you're entitled to your opinion. I'm entitled to disagree with it. I don't think Floyd's resume can be distinguished as greater than Hatton's. IMO Hatton's win over Tszyu is a greater accomplishment than any single fight on Floyd's resume.

Because you have a preferance to anything Kostya Tszyu. I wish someone would ask numerous fighters who's resume they'd prefer, to help prove my point.

5 Bums in a row. How can anybody seriously maintain that Floyd's resume is any better than Hatton's? After Castillo II, it's all ****. I will give Floyd credit for beating the name "De La Hoya", but De La Hoya the man was diminished by the time he met Floyd, and it was still a split decision.

With Hatton, there is a reasonable probability that Floyd has finally picked the wrong cherry. That's why this bout is so anticipated.

Tszu had multiple mandatories because of injuries, and was off by the time Mayweather moved to 140.He was off for 2 years as a result of injuries.

Thats why the wbc and the wba was stripped from him cause he did`nt defend them against the mandatories. They was going to strip him of the ibf but he decided to pay the ibf somewhere in the ball park of 50,000 to keep it.

So how the hell Mayweather avoided him?

Theres video on youtube showing that Mayweather wanted to fight him.
He even said it on interviews on Magazines and websites.

How the hell Mayweather could fight Tszu?

            Your an idiot.

Let's look at this fairly... shall we?

Same time frame: Jan 2003 to June 2005.

Floyd: Sosa, Ndou, Corley, Bruseles, Gatti.

Hatton: Phillips, Rios, Tackie, Pedersen, Vilches, Stewart, Oliveira, Tszyu

Tszyu the man was diminished by the time he met Ricky.

Which of the other fighters are better than Corley or Gatti?

              Phillips: FORTY years old.
Rios : I've never heard of him.
Tackie: on a 3-fight losing streak.
Pedersen: I've never heard of him,
Vilches: I've never heard of him. But Augustus knocked him out.
              Stewart: Journeyman, Contender bait.
Oliveira : Augustus knocked him out, too
Tszyu: 36 year old diminished fighter. "A name". Retired after fight.

So, it is what it is.

The best two names on Hatton's record are Castillo and Tszyu. Mayweather fought castillo twice when he was prime. mayweather fought Oscar who was younger and bigger than Tszyu. And a better fighter.

              Other names for hatton: Collazo.
Other names for Mayweather: Genaro, chavez, Manfredy, Judah, Corrales

              gatti-Robinson is on ESPN2 now..
