I want you to imagine for a moment!

Imagine that Chavez had Ricky Hattons power and body attack. I also want you to consider that if Chaves can close range and **** like that against floyd at his best weight, what can hatton do now that Mayweather is much older and nowhere near as fast at 147 as he was at 130.

Imagine Maywather finding the ropes and letting Hatton wing like that for a moment.

Here is the proof of what is coming.

My god, I never saw that footage before, my confidence in Hatton pulling off the upset just went up another few notches. I have figure out the recipe for Hatton vs Mayweather.

      Hatton's power > Chavez's power

      Hatton's speed > Chavez's speed

      Hatton's pressure > Chavez's pressure

      Floyd's speed at 147 < Floyd's speed at 130

      Floyd's footwork at 147 < Floyds footwork at 130

Hatton vs Mayweather = Hatton KO 11 from a brutal bodyshot to the liver

round 8 would have been the better round for reference, but u had to watch all of 7 which was lackluster.

Point is Chaves has absolutely NO defense and was able to close the whole fight and at time **** for extended periods against floyd.

Hattons body attack is worlds ahead of chavez and he closes much better, has more power and can take a better shot.

Hatton is so live in this fight it's crazy.

I can't wait for december. I have rarely been as sure of myself with a prediction.

Add how Floyd generally gives the first few away anyway and Hatton gets strong about 4th round or so.

It all adds up to a bad bad night for the ATG Mayweather!

Alot of people really think floyd has this won already. Do they not realize what is honestly going to happen on Dec 8th??? I think to many people are so into pbf that they are blinded by what is going to happen??? makes me laugh......

whew, i was almost buying that **** for a moment.

How can anyone watch that and say that a bigger, stronger, faster Hatton stands no chance.

Floyd was up a point when chaves quit on HBO cards. Where will Hatton be by then?

And, as I more completely stated in Addison's thread "Who's Full of It?", IMO the public and consequently the judges are going to PENALIZE Floyd if he decides to make a run for it and win by points. The aggressor will win this fight unless it is so one sided that the judges have to do otherwise.

                  Yeah I don't know, man.

Floyd beat the living **** out of Chavez. And I'd say his defense is comparable to Hatton's. Neither of them hang their hat on defending their face from punches.........and I can't get over how Floyd uppercutted him over and over like he was timing an object.

I see the size advantage being a factor for Floyd because his reach will enable him to pot shot Hatton at a distance and be away from harm. Even if Hatton rushes in to clinch, he's going to get tagged coming in.........half of the punches will be blocked and of the half that land, I'd say around 5 or 10 percent will even be ones that could be damaging.

                  1. Mayweather's defense is almost impregnable. The only way I see to mount an attack on him is to be big, and jab the **** out of him. Simple as that. We saw how Oscar stopped him in his tracks when he did in fact throw it. I've always said that Winky would mop the floor with him because he's too ****ing big and all he does is throw jabs. He'd impale Floyd on the end of it.

                  2. Floyd is really good physical shape, and has a solid chin. The only time I've ever seen him hurt from a punch was against Corley when that straight left put him up against the ropes. He's been hit by huge punches from JLC, Oscar and others and recovered quickly. The two times he's been down (One against Judah that was a legitimate knockdown but wasn't counted) and the other against Hernandez where he lost his balance and held himself up on the canvas with his glove..........that resulted in the counted knockdown.

In both cases, balance was an issue. Regardless my point is that Hatton won't be able to just go in there and ****ing walk through him.

As much as I'd like that to happen...................it isn't going to.
