Duva Suspended by the New York State Athletic Commission..

The New York State Athletic Commission has suspended Duva Boxing/promoter Dino Duva for a period of six months and fined him $10,000 for inappropriately attempting to look at the master scoresheets during the October 6th Sam Peter-Jameel McCline fight at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Peter was knocked down three times early in that fight by Jameel McCline, and Duva, who co-promotes Peter along with DKP, was seen on at least three occasions looking over the shoulders of the deputy commissioner who was tabulating the round-by-round scoring. Duva has the right to appeal within 30 days.
