If the Manny Pacquiao that fought Barrera shows up, I'd give Valero a decent shot at taking this.

Ain't gonna happen, Manny will switch to a higher gear that Valero doesn't have. Its like Ferrari Lamborghini vs. Ford Mustang baby...lolz

If Manny doesn't take this fight seriously, I can gurantee he will regret it. Edwin Valero is underrated and has one punch KO power. If Manny does take this fight seriously though and comes in prepared, at this point in Edwin's career, he could be overwhelmed. Either way though it will be a good fight and Valero will not go down easily.

It really is a nice city. Some friends and I head up there once a year for a long weekend of partying! I don't see why a Manny Pacquiao fight wouldn't be big there either. It has a huge Asian population, including well over 100,000 Filipinos I heard.

Edwin Valero is overrated man. He ain't ****. Manny would put it on him for 12 rounds. That's if he can survive.

Haha, if you actually saw him fight. He has great skills in the ring, if he could fight in the US, I think a lot more people would take him seriously and appreciate his skill. At this point though he has sort of gotten away from using all of his skills so he can keep up the KO streak.

Valero skill? No I don't think so. The man throws ****** combinations just waiting for a counter blow from a very fast and powerful Manny Pac.

Valero has no skill. The man just punches. Paws his jab out most the time just waiting for a hook to land on his chin.

This fight won't even last 4 rounds.

I've been following him since his sparring videos were posted on Youtube a while ago, he has flashes of greatness but he is very sloppy at this point. Don't get me wrong, I think Pacquiao beats Valero but if Manny slips. Valero has the power to put him in real trouble. His KO streak has really put him back technique wise, he is now just looking for the KO all the time. I think a loss would actually be good for him at this point.
