I see what you are saying but

imagine Juan throwing 4-6 punch combinations on Floyd... what do you think? I think countered to death. Juans steps out ==> he is giving Floyd room to operate

Now imagine Hatton getting in, throw a couple to the body, clinch, throw one, clinch.... what do you think? I think boring, but I also think he is going to get hit less, he is going to tire Mayweather with all the wrestling, and he is definitely trying to take the fight very far from Mayweather's comfort zone.

you know, with all the talk about hatton holding, ill be honest, if mayweather gets the right ref, and does enough complaining pre-fight about hatton's holding, you may not see that wrestling **** to tell you the truth without alot of warnings and point deductions, i ask you, if this happens, and hatton is forced to fight a normal non-wwe style clinchfest, how will that play out?

To tell you the truth, and you know well that I am a big fan of slicksters (pbf, pea...) I think that bending the rules is part of boxing. I am also a fan of Hopkins, Casamayor and so on... Hatton should not get away with a LOT of that ****, just like Hopkins should be prevented from literally murdering his opponents with headbutts, but I will not be happy if the ref steps in to break every clinch, and takes away points too easily. I'd rather see them low-blow each other, Floyd elbowing his way out of holding, and so on... I want Floyd to show that he can fight old-school (and unlike some modern fighters, show that he could have been a great in the past, where refereeing was not very protective of either fighters), which I am pretty sure he can.

          Anyway that's my wish.

I totally agree with that. Let these guys infight. Basilio wasn't exactly flashy when he was ripping Ray to the body. Niether was Lamotta. These guys were dirty and did the best with the card life dealt them. They weren't particularly fast and athletic but had great chins and great desire.
