Vernon Forrest hands down. Ask De La Hoya Thats why he never committed to that match up....And before the De La Hoya RIDERS Comment. Don't give me the Bull$#@& about this not being a money fight..because thats the only bull#$@! excuse that can be given.

It's Oscar hands down. Forrest is overrated. For some reason he's hot right now after a gift decision and a win over Baldomir. I can't remember the last time he looked impressive. Oh yeah, it was against SSM.

I wanted to say Forrest, but its a little premature. Skill/talent level would definatley be Forrest. But consistancy is a different story, it does not take the best of boxers to make baldomir look bad. Forrest needs to prove he is a still a top draw fighter after his shoulder problems. That Quartey fight still asked questions about his physical well being. Other than him, Spinks has looked good his last few fights and would give anyone at 54 a run for their money.

Vernon Forrest. He's the TRUE natural 154, and he has the best skill/power combination. In my personal opinion.
Also.. Forrest wasn't that big a fight/money fight for De La Hoya. Just the way it is.
