Karmazin would still give a lot of guys hell in my opinion.

Add Alcine in that mix. He's got a tricky style. And I'm sure there are also a few guys you may be missing.

    but out of that list:
    I would probably say....Forrest.

I was thinking Karmazin. But I think he has moved up for good.

We know that Ouma is coming back to 154, and he has sadi that he is willing to go to 147. And Spinks is clearly no MW.

If I'm missing anyone, you can check "other".

I say Forrest. He's on the wrong side of 35 but he looked great against Baldomir, his shoulder is supposedly right for the first time in a long time and his body is probably younger than his age due to his time off.

As of today it's forrest. Delahoya was the best before that.

Ouma had an impressive four win streak before facing Jermain. I hope he moves back down and gets a title shot soon. With that said, Forrest seems like the best guy, but I'm not completely sold on him until he beats a good opponent. Baldomir had never fought at 154 before, and lets be honest he was only a notch above mediocre anyways. He caught Judah on a good night, and Gatti is Gatti.

                V. Forrest looked great against Baldomir. That one was one of the best fights this year.

I say Forrest with de la Hoya as a very, very, very close #2.

I'd say Forrest would beat all of the guys mentioned, well maybe he'd have a tough time with Spinks, but I still think he could pull off a majority decision or a stoppage if he caught him flush like Judah did
