khan is not the next naseem hamed. the only similiarity is like prince nas, a lot of people will be tuning into khan's fights hoping he gets knocked out...although i hope that he does manage to prove himself in the near future

u must be joking, they thought barrera would fall over as soon as naz touched him but he didnt come close, if barrera effortlessly outboxed naz then what makes u think jmm couldnt? naz simply couldnt handle the best.

By the time he fought Barrera he had got rid of all the poeple who made him what he was.
He started to let his family dictate his business and he dumped Brendan Ingle.
He didn't train properly and believed the yes men he surrounded himself with.
The fighter that fought Barrera was not the best Naz.
He has proved himself since to be nothing but a coward who when the chips are down will fold just like he did with Barrera.
He drove his Mclaren Mercedes into a couple at nearly 100 mph and ran away from the scene leaving them both with terrible injuries.
The man broke literally every bone in his body and can NEVER work again.
Throughout his trial and on his release he never showed an ounce of remorse to the people who's lives he ruined.
You can see how bad his training was for Barrera in the documentary 'Big Fight, Little Prince' in the build up to the fight.
I am sure someone must have this in the Download section.
This documentary shows just what a prick the guy is.
he is a coward but even a better naz (if there was one) wouldnt have troubled barrera, look at barrera v morales then barrera v naz, marco had plenty of gears to go through if naz turned it up

J M Marquez has not got a good chin like MAB ,Hamed would ko him easily IMO have you forgotten what a murderous puncher Hamed was at Featherweight to make the assumption that Hamed would be beaten by J M Marqueaz because he can Box as good as Barrera if not better is short sighted IMO ,cause if NAZ had caught Barrera flush in that fight your opinion of Hamed would be quite different im sure

as you can see MAB is 1 of my favourite fighters of all time and he beat Naz fair and square and he did expose his style but not his credentials as a top fighter that is just bull**** that he could'nt hang with top Featherweights,he knocked enough of them out who were current or ex Champions ,power takes you a long way in Boxing

thats like saying Mike Tyson was a bum he dominated in an era of bum heavweights and as soon as he fought any top heavyweights he got spanked ,Holyfeild ,Lewis etc which i dont concur with 1 bit

Hamed was a top featherweight and as i said he could have come back and still been the 2nd best Featherweight in the division so he was clealy no fraudster people have tha opinion of him because he walked away from the sport after losing his first fight ,in reallity he is still 1 of the best Featherweights ever , Hamed would have KO 'd J M Marquez out inside 5 rounds

alot of what ifs' did naz look like coming close to landing on mab all night? no. i dont think he would have come close to landing one of those crude shots on jmm either, these guys were technically a step ahead of nas. tyson was more than just a power puncher, he had a great technique and defense

let me tell you something seasoned pro's like Kevin kelly ,Tom Johnson ,Cruz ,Paul ingle ,Manuel Medina ,Paul Robinson could not get out of the way of those crude shots

JM Marquez flawed by Barrera & Pacquaio 3 times ,Hamed would've knocked him into next week ,who to say Marquez ,would have been able to cope with Naz style the way Barrera did

anyway i think we are gonna have to agree to disagree on this 1 big paulie , i see spectacular KO of Marquez from a prime Naz

Is it just me or is the comparison between Naz and Khan based on the fact that they are both Asian/Middle eastern british northerners?

They dont have similar styles or attitudes. Khan is still amatuerish. Have already been in desperate trouble and is a lightweight.
Naz was hardly touched until he moved up to feather weight and became champion.
