When the monday night wrestling wars were going on, the ratings were higher for each show on Monday nights than the ratings were for WCW Thunder and WWF Smackdown!, which both ended up being the only show of that kind on at once.

Some boxing fans like myself will record both and don't want to miss a second; others will flip back and forth between the fights and watch the one that looks most interesting.

I'm surprised HBO's ready to give Malignaggi a TV shot already. Even Showtime had him on ShoBox, not an undercard of a major show.

The only reason he is on that undercard is because he is signed with dibella as well as taylor, So that is how he got the shot because it is fully a dibella card.

Thanks for the info - I like this Malignaggi kid, but 140 is so deep, I'm surprised he's getting on TV. This explains it. I guess HBO's soured on Bojado, now. Paulie's got a few more fights under his belt than Fransisco.

It's just a gif I pulled off of archive.org - somebody gif'fed an image off one of those old public domain movies. That's the same place I found the one where the guy was vomitting the purple stuff.

I'd rather watch the Showtime card than the HBO card. A totally shot Joppy is not really a step up for Taylor. I don't like Malignaggi's style for some reason it's a bit boring for me to watch. The kid is ****y as hell though but he probably will fight some nobody that's why his opponent hasn't been announced.

I still have nightmares about Joppy's face after the Hopkins fight. The only way I think he can beat this kid is by a KO. If it is a close fight and goes to the cards they'll cheat for the up and coming Taylor..

No need for a cheat. Taylor's for real.
