    Contenders that Floyd Dodged

Floyd detractors spend much type claiming Floyd cherry picked his opponents, so I would like to hear who they all are.

Who are all the contenders that Floyd dodged in his illustrious trip through the bums (Castillo and DLH excluded).

I will start off with the most obvious black hole in Floyd's resume: Kostya Tszyu.

    Who else?

no one, and not Kostya either. the only one you could make an argument for is Margarito, because he was offered 8 mil for that fight. but even then, Floyd only declined because he was trying to get the ODLH fight and decided to go after the RING Magazine #1 instead.
but if you wanted to be critical, you could say that Floyd 'dodged' Margarito because he was high risk, no reward fight.

Well I do believe he dodged Tszyu, but you're saying Margarito is the only other one? Can this be true?

The very idea of dodging is often times blown out of proportions... especially in a fighter like Floyd who loves $$$. If the price was right he'd have fought anybody. He claims to be the best there ever was because he believes it to be true... thus he would have no reason to duck anybody.

And no, he didn't dodge Kostya. Their timeframe to fight was slim, to say the least. Kostya was injured (like usual) and floyed was new to 140. Within a year and a half or so of PBF being at 140 Kostya lost to Hatton.

People can always make arguments as to why so and so didn't fight, but general ducking/dodging just doesn't exist. To be a boxer takes a lot of ego, and not many people go into championship fights thinking they're going to lose.

Also, for true "dodging" to happen there has to be repeated attempts to get a fight made. Somebody once or twice name dropping PBF doesn't count as him ducking somebody. Legitimate attempts have to be made and then declined for it to even be considered. It's just a lot of drivel people use to put down fighters (in most cases).

Well that "injured" Tszyu fought in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and was top ten p4p in all those years. What about when Floyd was at 135? He was talking about Tszyu then. That window was not as slim as it has been made out to be.

                  AHAHAHAHAHAHA.... wait, wait, wait.... AHAHAHAHAHAHA

Are you going to tell me Kostya wasn't injured during those long layoffs? So all of his mentions of it and talk about it was lies. Oh my god, Kostya was pretending to be injured because he was ducking Floyd!

Stop the presses. This just in: you're ******ed.

ps: the gap between Jesse James and Mitchell was around 22 months.
