It's a credit to the people here that we don't take Holyfield seriously anymore. My ****ing God I remember him from the '84 Olympics, hearing about him again in 87-88 and then following him through the 90s. It's an embarrassment to boxing.

I'm not interested in this fight. Holyfield hasn't done anything to deserve a shot. It's a waste of a title fight. I would much rather watch the unification that was supposed to happen until Chagaev stepped aside for money, oh I mean "got sick".

It's bad that we're just overlooking him right now. He has looked pretty good his past 3 fights, I'm not going to say overly good, but he is a bigger fighter than he used to be so now that he has a little of that mobility it makes more of a difference than if he was fighting at '96 weight.

i mean look at foreman, he was pretty damn successful, even from age 40+.

this is nothing like holmes-ali. holyfield's comeback actually has some substance to it. i don't honestly think he can win all 4 belts.. but i wouldn't be suprised if he did.

athletes can do amazing things right now. barry bonds as an example. sure, he took roids, 4-5 years ago. but what about now? his body is weakened because of past steroid use, but due to modern workout techniques he has rebounded from MULTIPLE LEG OPERATIONS, and is still built at 40-plus and friggin' hit a pretty good amount of homers this year!

Go to ESPN and you'll find a link to a stream over there; I think it's only $ 10...
