On a serious note, who has Valero beat to earn a shot at Pacquiao? Guzman at least has Jorge Barrios on his record, who's Valero got?

        Vicente Mosquera.

And he's 22-0 with 22 KOs - why wouldnt you want to see him in with Pac? This has got fight of the year written all over it.

Tell that to Master Sergeant Pacquiao .

I heard he was just promoted. He's an army reservist?

No more saving Prvivate Pacquiao, eh?

Don't get me wrong, Valero is a solid fighter but I have only seen him fight twice. I thought Guzman was too unproven for Pacquiao too. But at least he's a young and hungry fighter. And what's with Pac saying that Valero could beat him and he wants him to prove it?

I've never heard a fighter say (fighter) can beat me, and I'm going to stay in his division so he can prove he can beat me.".

That's a bit of kidology, I think, and I also don't think he actually said that he could beat him, Barrera said it. Pac then said that he wanted Valero to prove that he could.

Pacman isnt scared of anyone, he'd fight God and think he'd win.
