Sam Peter vs. Jeremey Williams is on!

This fight is schedueled to take place on Dec. 4th at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. This is a big step up for Peter and IF he wins I think that Peter will immediately become a legit contendor. This will be a tough fight for Peter and I'm skeptical of him winning, but I'm hoping he does.

My prediction: Peter by late KO.

Williams should be a good test. His last fight got postponed due to the hutticanes. I hope hes ready. Hes my home-town guy. However he has come up short against top 10 guys. Jeremey has got decent power and pretty quick hands. His chin has been a litte suspect. I feel he would be a natural Light Heavy, but He chose to go Heavywight. So the chin will always be a big ?

Williams on paper should be able to decision Peter but William's defense is not very good I think he gets KO'd in a fight that he's soundly winning.

Is this a joke? How does someone become a legit contender by beating Jeremy Williams. The same Jeremy Williams who only shows up on the WBC rankings and its at 37 which is two spots ahead of Michael Sprott. The same Jeremy Williams who three fights ago had a draw with Alfred Cole. The same Jeremy Williams who lost to Brian Nielsen, Maurice Harris, Henry Akinwande, and Larry Donald. What is Williams best win, Purlette or Nicholson? Either way though my money is still on Williams, but please tell me this is a joke.

They can't all be top contenders fighting!!! This should be an entertaining fight though!!! I've seen both fighters fight. I will say Williams decisions Peter pretty easily. Peter has good power but he lacks stamina and he is too slow for Williams. Also Williams has a lot more experience than Peter.
