What's your favorite punch?

The cross is my favorite punch. I'm training now and seems to be my most effective punch. I just like the way how you set up with the jab and execute it with quickness and power. Its also not as easy to telegraph like a hook or an uppercut.

Has to be the Jab the bread and butter punch when ever you are looking to find your rhythm or you are a little perplexed about somebody's style alway's revert back to basic's the Jab and more often the not you will find the other punches you are looking for

the Jab get you inside an oponent and it disguises all your other shot's when thrown correctly it is a defensive tool aswell to keep people off balance ,

does'nt matter how tall you are Jabbing is about timing

The uppercut is a wonderful weapon to use when your opponent is on the ropes and out on his feet. Guaranteed to finish him off, I love watching a well timed Uppercut.
