well its because they got too much pride in them that they dont want to admit that they are retiring because of pacquiao. it is in their blood to make excuses. to avoid humiliation they would do anything to avoid it. but what kills them inside is that they knew pac sent them to retirment. even MAB said that he eat, sleep and dream of pac. now that's what u call an obsession and too much dreaming of winning a fight against pac.

I think we should not criticize Pacquiao for fighting Morales and Barrera if we shan't criticize Barrera for fighting Johnny Tapia, Kevin Kelly and Paulie Ayala.

An old Barrera is certainly heads and shoulders above the old Tapia, Kelly and Ayala. So is an old Morales.

And if Pacquiao had a Jorge Solis and an Oscar Larios, Barrera had an Enrique Sanchez and Jesus Salud.

Barrera's first win over Juarez had a touch of controversy. Pacquiao still has to resolve the matter with JMM.

So, I am among those who clamor for Pacquiao to take on JMM next--and then Guzman (or Soto) and Valero. That is... weight issues permitting.
