What happened to Sam Peter's Punching Power ?

When Peter was coming up he looked like he had Shavers like power, he nearly decapitated Jeremy Williams with a left hook. I expected Peter to KO/TKO DeCline in the mid rounds and he never even came close to stopping DeCline. I really think Peter's first fight with WLAD destroyed Peter, his chin was definately softened up by WLAD and he will be knocked out cold by WLAD in the rematch or he will get KTFO by the Iron chinned Vitali. The other belt holders Chagaev and Ibragimov would also destroy Peter.

Common, hes still better than Ibragimov and McCline is underrated and not shot as some people thought. I think Peter had a bad night but at the end he won.

peter never looked like he had crippling power by any means. jeremy williams had one of the weakeast chins as a heavyweight Ive ever seen. light hitting henry akinwande knocked him out just as badly with a single light right hand. peter's punches are too long and lack the snap to put the lights out on even semi durbale opponents. hopefully some of the clueless people on here that have seen him as the next george foreman will wake up and smell the coffee by now. he's very strong,,,but not a huge knockout puncher. end of story

no way peters a paper champ ..he just underestamated mcline i think he took him lightly ..hes still #2 in my book
